Sam's Club Brand Center

In 2023, my colleague Maggie Gilkey and I overhauled the Sam’s Club’s brand site. The old site was a UX nightmare that consisted of a grid that downloaded PDFs or ZIP files, making it unwieldy and inefficient. To bring it into the 21st century, we chose a platform that allowed us to create an intuitive, self-service portal that is organized, easy to navigate, and simple to update. The new site lets users download vector files in any format and includes password-protected sections for controlled access. The redesign involved extensive work in mapping information architecture and curating assets. Despite the challenges, the result has been a triumph of success, benefiting our creative team, internal associates and external partners.
